Great work as always but a few greasy fingerprints i needed to clean off the driver door which was outside the norm. Might not have had time for a quick wash.

Good sales folk and service
We brought out Toyota van in for an oil change. The technicians were great to help us. The lounge area is very comfortable and when our van was done they offered to bring the van back into the Bay so my husband wouldn't have so far to walk. Plus our van was washed and it was pretty dirty. We love Quality Toyota 💖

I had a problem with my tailgate, I bought the vehicle used. Toyota certified used car and I bought the best extended warranty. The warranty covered the expensive parts so I was happy about that.
I was told that it would be cheaper to have the body shop do the work. Since the hinges got bent.
The parts needed to be ordered and there was a glitch in the process.
That may sound horrible but mistakes happen to those of us who live in the real world. I've made a few myself.

Dropped our car off with a battery problem. They installed the new one & kept a couple of days to make certain that was the problem. Noticed our fob needed a battery & took care of that too.

I drove 60 miles (from Fargo, ND) for great service… no pressure sales at Quality Toyota. Mr. Bill Funkhouser in sales contacted me from an online inquiry for a 2026 Grand Highlander AWD XLE. From initial contact to completion of finance, he was upfront and professional. I dislike the whole process of purchasing a new vehicle but Quality Toyota made it a pleasant experience. Also need to mention Eric in Finance… he presented the options for add-ons but did not pressure me or show disappointment when I declined. Highly recommend Quality Toyota for your next auto purchase.

I got to meet one of their office personnel the day I had the oil changed in the truck I previously purchased there. I would have to say the atmosphere is very laid bad, which is comforting.

Last fall I began having issues with my 2017 Highlander not starting. Would start right up when I put the the quick charge on it. Issue seemed to be related to having the hatch open an extended time or not using the car for a several days. Dealership claimed it was the battery which I had just replaced with the exact same kind I had previously used for 3 years . They claimed I needed a special kind for the eco feature.
